Many people in Cabal have this difficulty in selecting between one of these nationalities,namely the State of Capellan and the State of Procyon,after reaching level 95(when they are able to start the quest:The foolish war,ending with the quest:The Tower of Sages, Divide).And so,here am I,after a time so long,have returned to solve your problem in deciding the nationality for your character.Smile.=)

To start off,let's understand why are there two different nations that fight against each other.Information DIRECTLY quoted from [cabalwiki].



Capella is a very shrewd woman. Based on scholarship and modernism, she negates all the old things of the past. In particular, she asserts that all the talk of Saint Valentine and the Lord of Destruction must be discarded. At the same time, she actively supports research into new battle styles. She says that we must escape from the shadow of the Honorable Age, and that while we may face a time of trail and error, it would all be in the name of development. She dreams of a Nevareth where all are equal. She believes that politics of the people and for the people must arise. In following, she asserts that the previously privileged Tower of Sages is no longer needed. As people can live under their own means, making Nevareth self-reliant, she argues that the relics of the past are all unnecessary. She says taht the Tower of Sages and the polises should open information previously restricted to the public, and that all people should be allowed to pursue their areas of interest. In so doing, her goal is to realize an equal Nevareth where all can reap results justified by their efforts. In addition, she says that such talk of the Lord of Destruction and all -power ful cores are nothing more than figments of the ignorance rooted in fear of those in the past. In our current situation, it would certainly be nice if such were all lies. In any case, her assertions are quite aggressive and unconventional. Her views may even reflect most closely what the people of Nevareth desire. If sufficient education to expand the understanding of the Force is provided and logic and reason realized, she believes that heresy will disappear as its basis on groundless theories and lies packaged under the name of the religion is revealed. Her ultimate wish if for all people to be able to freely use the Force. For this reason, education is a key facilitator for her vision. And for education equality, the privilged class must disappear. The most representative of such privileged class is the Tower of Sages. She states that the Tower of Sages should be dissolved with the various polises uniting to carry out its role instead. In this way, the efficient re-distribution and sharing of resources and wealth can be achieved. For this, there is a need for an organization. This organization would be a council of representatives from each polis selected by a popular vote. This is an expression that shows that there should be nothing more to such a position than the current role of the polis mayor.

And now into the Procyon history:



Procyon is a very strong person. He understands all magic discovered to this day and is capable of using it. In addition, he dreams of a Nevareth led by an exceptional ruler who reigns with an iron fist in such a way that the people will have no other worries and can simply follow along in order to live well. His basis stance is that the Tower of Sages should be taken over. However, the ideology should remain in place while a shift in the role would be inevitable. He believes that the time of chaos and uncertainty can be quelled by a single excellent and strong leader. That leader should be none other than the most outstanding Sage. As a Sage, he is also a politician and a father to the world. As for such a single Sage, he states that it can be anyone in Nevareth who has received excellent education and exhibits the most outstanding qualities. He believes that during the time that power was shared by the Seven Sages, their subtle antagonism and feuding caused Nevareth to miss opportunities for further development. In following, he is organizing a unified polis government under the lead of a single Sage. With the concentration in one domain of the previously dispersed resources, early and special education program can be efficiently instituted. And, as the talent of Nevareth expands through such systematic education, the competition to decide the successor will become more intense. Though both Capella and Procyon emphasize the importance of education, they differ in one fundamental aspect. Capella strives for equal education that will promote synergy and subsequent development. On the contrary, Procyon emphasizes education geared toward developing a single most outstanding leader.

If you believe in sharing the knowledge of Force with everyone in the world of Cabal, (including your mother,your wife(ves),your lil puppy,and your favourite pen)please go ahead and choose to fight for Capella.There is nothing wrong with going against of your bunch of friends who serve under Procyon.However,if you are the type who goes along with the flow,why not?But since you have such a great feeling about sharing the wealth or the power with everyone,(you wanna see your pen talking to you,don't you?)fighting for a stand with Miss(I don't know is she's married,but I reckon)Capella,making new friends who share the same thoughts with you,isn't it much more better?

One sentence:This faction spreads the knowledge of the Force with everyone,doing so to prevent overpowering,when only one person gains power and using it in the misleading way,as so no one can stop him or her.(Long sentence huh?)

That dosen't means Procyon isn't bad either.What this opposing nation is doing,is directly opposite.They want to let only one person to gain,or to have access to the knowledge of Force,meaning to rule it.With this one person or one party governing the knowledge of Force,this enables them to monitor the Force's flow,meaning they can control the accessibility towards Force.This is done so not to allow any other people other than the One(they say it should be a person,but I think a government would be better) who control Force.With a central party governing,any wrong can be directly dealt,corrected or eliminated.This prevents malfunctioning,manipulation of evil sources.However,this thinking needs a really(and really) pure government to control the knowledge of Force.Doing so as if this nation use the power onto things they should not do(massacre,or any imba things),no one will be there to stop them,a typical Tyranny situation.Although this sounds mostly negative,but if you like the idea of having a central system where they control Force,working for Procyon is your choice.

The Contrast:While Capella deals with *everyone gets the share*-policy,there is no action to retrieve back when something goes wrong.That is to say,if one part of the world raise up and revolt,anyone can rush to ease the revolution.This means potential war and conflicts every now and then,and no central government is there to deal the conflicts,everyone can/may/will/want go and deal with the conflicts.In this kind of politics,the strong and weak always fight.
Procyon is different.They allow a central governement that controls the knowledge of Force through out the region.When a part of the world revolts,that have the power to eliminate the revolt.As the biggest group of people who uses Force in Cabal,this kind of ruling is much safer and guranteed a peaceful life.Who would want to raise against such a strong nation when they can easily crush you?Yea,Capella is there.But other than that,there is none right?Because its just suicide.However,if the Procyon nation themselves want to use the massive Force they control in a sinful way,many people will leave the group,eventually weaken it.This is to say in Cabal,Procyon is the nation where,if they are good,you can join them,when they are bad,don't join them,lol.Since Capella has raisen,Procyon is standing off to eliminate them.

So now my words would be(after all these long and windy pages and pages of essays,):

Since till now Procyon still do not have any signs of sinful actions,eliminating Capella would be the best choice to allow more people to have a safer environment to work,play,live(familiar?lol) as Procyon can control any evil organization using the power of Force as the central government.However if they start to have evil intentions,eliminating the power of Force would be the best choice.
If you still don't trust Procyon,don'y go Capella.They do not gurantee you a better life either.Everyone gets Force and they can kill anyone,that's not good.Stay Neutral.

But you can go along with your friends too you slug(slut).

If you like the costume given to the two different nations in Nation War(a massive PK versus the opposing faction,lagging you every now and then still,but I'm not gonna go into it,you experience it yourself ),

Capella gives a design of Purple and White ,slightly religious(looks more informal)
Procyon gives a design of Black and Blue ,slightly official(looks more smart)

If you are neutral you can't take part in any Nation War,because you have no place to secure.Hahaha.

Oh ya one last thing,people in both factions speak English,but you can't see their name,guild,dialouge in special War zones,maps,where nationality is depended.You only can see names,guilds and dialouge if you are in the same nation.If you are neutral,you can't even see neutral people informations.Hahaha.Okay enough.
