The idea of immortals is beautiful.It creates many different kinds of culture and intellectual beliefs that human align to achieve,aspire and promote.However beautiful it is,we have to look ahead.Looking far ahead in life is what we need,and there should be a limit on how we can believe such beliefs.
Human beings sometimes fail to achieve the objective to abolish this invisible wall of being safe,secured.While we have our own intellectual mind,we still possess a sub-conscious reaction towards several things which we thought that they might pose a threat to our normality.And you might have guessed so,it is the broad umbrella of fear.

'The irrational and emotional sudden,repulsive reaction towards a subject can be classified as a fear factor.'This sentence almost define what you will call something a fear.We react differently to something we like and fear,often obviously.Fear towards a subject cannot be hidden completely.As long as the unnecessary repulsive reaction to reject the existence of such fear factor proves the imaginary fear in the subject's mind.

To explain fear in a simpler tone,let's go back to the primitive age of human.When humans were back then primates,our intellect can be associated with any animals.We look for food,look for shelter,any means for survival and reproduction to ensure the tribes does continues on.Of course having to hunt,we also get hunted at times.These threats that pose a potential harm to our survival soon began to manifest in our mindset as fear,factors that will lead us to death.But having said that,how do we link those explanations to the modern topic of fear?

The similarity in the modern fear with the primitive age of fear is that we deem those factors as a potential harm to us.From the least harm of disturbance to most potent of death,we seek ways to reject such factors from existence to our very own knowledge.Ways such as running away,turning away from the sight of the fear,or even trying to destroy the fear factor right in front of us are simple examples of how human deal with fear.To the very serious cases,we annihilate ourselves in order to protect ourselves from further psychological harm done to us.All these methods are protective method to prevent potential harm that the fear factor can done to us,as so we thought.Eliminating fear from ourselves can be assuring,however it must depend on the patient itself whether how willing is he or she trying to eliminate the fear.Having the determination to eliminate the fear is the vital first step to achieve before any further steps can be taken.

Although fear is not necessary,some moderate amount towards obvious fear reactions often save our lives.Many people seek shelter when there is rumbling on the ground as a signal of potential earthquakes.This precaution noted by our subconscious mind prevent us from getting hurt by the result of earthquakes.However fear towards unnecessary daily objects such as a pencil or an eraser can be disturbing,especially in the modern era.Such fear should be quickly noted and medical attention should be seeked as soon as possible,before it manifest into greater fear effects to the patient.
