Today,I found that I have a typical problem that arised from Botak Jones(C) employees(tested on 2 outlets,same results found.)

When you make an order on Botak Jones(C),the cashier will attempt to ask for your name.And here its where the problem comes in.I had repeatedly pronounced my names in clear everytime I was asked for my name.But everytime,they failed to input my name correctly even after I spelled it out.Why?

The 1st:I used my Chinese name in hanyu pinyin.Even when I spelled it out upon seeing the guy's frowned face,he decided to input Ya Je.Wtf?

2nd:I decided to use my alise Massengel(pronounced Mess-Angel),the guy put in Messenger.I mean it sounds EXACTLY the same,but you can ask for clarification,no?

3rd:This time I used the short-formed of Massengel to Mass(pronounce as Mess),but the guy put in Mens.Wtf.

4th:Still Mass,but this time its Mas.

5th:I decided to have a new try at Glenn.EVEN though I spelled G-L-E-N-N,and repeated DOUBLE N,he put Jenn.

The 1st-4th tries are at AMK outlet,while the recent try was at Orchard Youth Park.It was until the 5th try I decided to post it up,as it didn't occured on one outlet,but two.So guys,steer your judgement on this.I can't get anymore upset than this when people just couldn't understand alphabets,much less so English.
