Let me explain what I have learnt today.

A contract is a set of terms and conditions whereby the two parties(not limited to) set up regulations to enforce a relationship together. However,in an establishment of a contract,one needs to offer the other party for the other party to accept.Thereby,the one who offer,is called the offer.The one accepting is called acceptance.If in an situation whereby an offer is not made,or an acceptance is not received,a contract thereby cannot be said to be establish.

In the modern world,the one who offers and one who accepts is greatly confused by the many different approaches made.This is very important as both the offer and the acceptance has different legal power under their names if a legal issue is to be filed.

One can be said to offer,if he list down the various considerations under a contract for somebody to accept.The one accepting will be the one who look through the considerations by any mean,and agree to them.

However there is a third border line which split the offer and accepting apart.In legal issues,the one offering and be considered 'one who invites another to offer'.This means that the one that seems to be offering may only be deemed as attempting to make another party to offer to them,if only rules apply.

Here is an example:

One very good day,you saw on the paper an advertisement promoting a new brand of mountain bike.It listed all its prices,functions and other ongoing promotions.You went to the store and attempt to purchase the mountain bike,and the cashier accepts the cash from you,allowing you to take the new mountain bike back home as yours.

Now,it seems on a clear cut view that the store is offering you to buy their bike,while waiting for your acceptance until you go to their store and purchase their bike.But it could also be interpretated as though the store 'raised an invitation' to 'invite' you to purchase their bike.Which means,they are making you to make the offer to exchance your cash with their bike,whereby they are the acceptance party.

What I have thought,is that is a love relationship no other than a contract?You could be liking somebody,and while you try to gain acceptance from the other party,you could be the one who 'invites' the other party to offer their relationship to you,while awaiting you acceptance.It gets complicated around once the contract is established,because no one can know for sure who is the one who offered,and who is the one who accepted.
