A friend of mine popped out a question directly to me in a gathering to me that says: Why do you like anime?
For a moment, many superficial reasons rose in my head. I thought for a second and thought that the question demands a somewhat deep explanation in order not just to convince the crowd who are interesting the answer, but also to the person who is answering the question for himself, and that is me.
I replied to the questioner with a smile and a request to go back to her when I have convinced myself the answer to the question.
Back way home I was waiting for a bus that will take me home in the late hour. A bus came by and I went up, in assumption that it will take me to home. I asked in an instant curiosity to the driver whether the direction that I was taking will lead to my destination. He replied in denial, that I have to go the opposite direction in order to reach my destination. He checked for me to ensure there was still an available bus ride in that hour for me to reach home. Relieved upon disappointment, I rushed towards the opposite side after I thanked him full-heartedly, speeding towards the road with a full bladder.
I sat down at the opposite side at 11:55pm. The sound of the hallucination created by the background engine lead me to be very anxious of whether I have really missed the bus, after waiting for ten minutes after I settle down. Thoughts of whether I have to land my home on solely my feet rose on their own, and I beginning to witness the other buses whom passes by to be the one I am aiming for, with me constantly flagging and pushing off the buses as I mistake them to be the one I am looking for.
I told myself that I have to be patient and stay calm to wait for that bus. The reasons why I tried to convinced myself to be patient is that I really did not want to reach home with a pair of sore feet, that will took me around four hours by experience in the morning.
20 minutes later, I sat comfortably in a bus going around all sorts of places around the city, with a mind of my own that I will be able to reach home in this bus, with still a full bladder of which I failed to remember to empty before I left the venue of the gathering. Then, I thought about the question about my appreciation for anime that took me off during the gathering. I told myself after finishing deciphering the answer, I have to publish it in a form of media to convince myself of the answer.
First of all, let me introduce the concept of anime. Modern anime is created with its plot or story based on popular novels that has a concrete amount of readers that most populated around the teenagers. This is why modern anime is popular around mostly teenagers because of its predecessor. What is different about an anime from a drama is that an anime requires no physical actors. In a drama, the typewriter has the need to match-make the characters in a drama with that of the actors schedule to be acting as the characters in the drama. The typewriter then needs to either accommodate the characters to the actors or vice versa in a drama which may affect how the plot of the drama goes. Since anime has its plot taken from a novel, the author of the novel does not have the need to match-make any of the characters and actors in order that may sway the plot away. This enhanced the possibility that the plot will be created in a perfect flow in accordance to the author that will not require any compromisation due to any reasons.
